SHIVA TEMPLE CLEAN-UP 2024

Amrita Vidyalayam students of Std VIII embarked on a remarkable journey of devotion and service by organizing a Shiva Temple Clean-up in Pune on March 9, 2024. With inspiration drawn from the profound words of Amma, they began the day with prayers and reverence to Lord Shiva, embodying the essence of service and devotion. Their enthusiasm and dedication shone as they cleaned the Ghoradeshwar Shiva Temple and its surroundings, reflecting the school’s values of selfless service and environmental consciousness.

The temple clean-up wasn’t merely about physical tidiness; it symbolized a cleansing of the mind and soul, resonating with the transformative spirit of Shivaratri. Their actions aimed to go beyond the immediate task, fostering a ripple effect of positivity and inspiration that extends far beyond the physical realm. Through their devotion and seva, they hoped to not only honour Lord Shiva, but also inspire others to tread the path of righteousness and knowledge, as guided by his eternal teachings.
