Karate Association’s Kata Success

The energy and spirit of martial arts filled the air as the Universal Shotokan Karate Do – Karate association recently orchestrated an exhilarating Kata Competition. Among the shining stars of this event were Saee Mahamunkar and Swaranjali More, both bright sixth-grade students, who clinched the top spot with their exceptional performance, earning them the coveted First Place along with gleaming trophies.

In a proud moment during the school assembly, the triumphant students were honoured for their achievements. The Principal, with a beaming smile, presented Saee Mahamunkar and Swaranjali More with their well-deserved trophies and certificates, acknowledging their outstanding dedication to the practice of karate. Additionally, the assembly resonated with applause as eighth-grade students Rugvedi Awate, Sangram Bhalgare, and Soham Khore stepped forward to receive their Third-Place medals, symbolizing the association’s commitment to nurturing martial arts talent within the school community. This celebration not only highlighted the individual accomplishments of the students, but also underscored the inclusive and empowering atmosphere fostered by the Universal Shotokan Karate Do Association.
