- Admission forms and school prospectus will be issued only on 19 th January 2013, Saturday between 9.00 am and 11.00 am only in the office by payment of Rs.300.
- Children born in the year 2009 are only eligible.
- Admission forms should be neatly filled in Block Letters with blue ball pen and should be submitted at the time of counselling.
- The date & time of counselling will be written on the application form.
- Both parent and child should be present for counselling.
- The date of selection list will be declared on the day of counselling.
- Fee structure will be displayed on the notice board along with the selection list.
- If you fail to take admission on the prescribed date(s), the chance to seek admission will be cancelled.
- Once admission is taken, then no refund will be given on cancellation.
- Only limited bus facility.
- On the counselling day, a photo of parents along with the child (Mother, Father & Child) should be submitted with the form.
Documents to be attached with application form. (Attested Xerox copies):
- Xerox copy of Birth Certificate.
- One Stampsize photograph.
- Residential proof of parent.
- In case of backward category, Caste Certificate.
