She encouraged the students to cultivate habits such as waking up early, consuming a balanced diet including grains, millets, lentils, sprouts, seeds, nuts, leafy vegetables, shatavari, and ashwagandha. Additionally, the importance of staying hydrated, incorporating hibiscus tea, and adopting a weekly oil bath routine were highlighted. On the flip side, the speaker advised against consuming potatoes, bakery foods, fried items, packaged snacks, and aerated drinks.
