Univart Foundation of Arts and Environment Research had organized Eco-Art drawing competition for students of Std. LKG to Std. X on 17th January 2015.
Mr. Peter Mathai, Mr. Kante, Mr. Kulkarni and Mr. Madhu Sahai were invited as chief guests. Mr. Mathai felicitated the Principal, Bri. Pavanamritha Chaitanya and Senior Supervisor Mrs. Indulekha. Mr. Mathai addressed the students and spoke to them about the importance of cleanliness. He communicated P.M. Narendra Modi’s message of ‘Clean India, Green India and Save India’.
172 students from the school participated in the competition. The competition was successful in raising awareness about cleanliness at home, at school and at public places. The school was awarded ‘Univart Eco School Award’ for participating in this effort. The participants were awarded national Certificate issued by UFAFR.
