The school celebrated Teachers’ Day on September 5th. Isha Deshmukh of Std. IX spoke about why we celebrate Teachers’ Day. Our Principal Madam and Vice-Principal Madam were presented bouquets as a token of love and respect. Our Principal Madam addressed the students and teachers and praised the teachers for the role played by them in moulding the character of the students. Students of Std. VIII performed a dance on this occasion. Ishanya Rahurkar of Std. III performed a mono-act.
Later, a small entertainment programme was arranged for the teachers. Smita Miss gave a speech expressing views on the changing role of teachers. Gopalkrishnan Sir, Nilesh Sir and Indu Madam sang beautiful songs, and the Junior College teachers performed a dance that enthralled all.
