Maharashtra Talent Search Examination was conducted in January 2017. 120 students of Std. II, III, IV, V and VII appeared for the exam. 15 students secured a merit rank and were awarded trophies and certificates.
Mahatma Gandhi Rashtrabhasha Hindi Prachar Samiti, Pune had conducted Rashtrabhasha exam in July 2017. 261 students from Std. V to Std. IX appeared for the exam. Amrita Hariharan of Std.VI, Maitri Joshi and Ishita Deh of Std.VII, Preeti Kadam of Std. VIII and Sanika Ingale of Std. IX were awarded Gold medals and certificates for their meritorious performance.
Our Principal Madam, Brni. Pavanamritha Chaitanya was also awarded a certificate for encouraging participation. Mrs. Indulekha as well as our Hindi teachers also received medals and certificates.
School Games Federation of India, Maharashtra had organized a State Level skating competition. Shreya Bhosale of Std. X won 3 Gold medals and 1 Silver medal, and has been selected to play at the National Level.
Indo Cyclist Club had organized Cyclothon Event 2017. Abhishek Nandimath of Std. IX secured 3rd place and was awarded a medal.
