The primary section of our school celebrated Sports Day on Friday, January 22nd. The theme of this year’s Sports Day was “Environment”. A variety of performances were presented by the students of LKG through Standard IV. Mrs. Neeta Talavlikar was the chief guest for the day.
Master Aditya Korti led the chief guest to hoist the Sports Day flag. Students of Standard III and Standard IV participated in march-past. The school athletes carried the sports torch. The chief guest released balloons into the air and the whole atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm.
Senior Supervisor, Mrs. Indulekha introduced the Chief Guest. Principal Brni. Pavanamrita Chaitanya read the School Annual Report highlighting achievements of the school during the year. The chief guest then addressed the students.
With the help of various props, students conveyed the message of spreading awareness about the environment through their performances. Prizes were awarded to meritorious students. The entire event was a grand success. Senior supervisor, Mrs. Indulekha gave the vote of thanks.
