The Government of India, through the Ministry of Education, organized the National Level Yoga Olympiad from June 18th to 20th at Mysore, Karnataka. This event was a part of the National Population Education Project, coordinated by the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT). The Olympiad saw participation from talented students across the country, showcasing their yoga skills and promoting the benefits of yoga as part of a healthy lifestyle. Among the participants, three of our students, Ira Dhanawade and Madhura Shinde of Std IX, and Asmi Dhanawade of Std VII, represented our school with exceptional performances.
In recognition of their outstanding participation and achievements, Ira, Madhura, and Asmi were awarded certificates and trophies of appreciation. These accolades were presented to them by our Principal during the school assembly, celebrating their hard work and dedication. Their success at the National Level Yoga Olympiad not only brings pride to our school, but also inspires their peers to engage in such enriching activities. We congratulate Ira, Madhura, and Asmi for their accomplishments and wish them continued success in their future endeavours.
