Honoring Tradition: A Unified Tribute to Our Gurus

Our school celebrated Guru Poornima with great enthusiasm and reverence on the 19th and 20th of July, 2024. The event spanned two days, with the first day dedicated to students from Std II to X and their parents, and the second day for students from Nursery to Std I and their parents. Each day, the program commenced with the lighting of the lamp at the Lotus feet of Amma by our Principal and Vice Principal. This was followed by an inspiring speech from our Principal, who emphasized the importance of respecting and honouring our teachers and gurus. The Sanskruti Pooja was a significant part of the celebration, creating a serene and spiritual atmosphere.

Following the Pooja, a heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered by Kala Miss, expressing gratitude to everyone involved in making the event a success. The highlight of the celebration was the cultural program that followed. On both days, the audience was treated to a mesmerizing classical dance performance. Shrutika Golhar from Std IX and Amritalakshmi from Std IV showcased their talent, leaving everyone in awe of their grace and dedication.

The Guru Poornima celebration was not just an event but a beautiful tribute to the timeless tradition of honoring our teachers and parents. It brought together students, parents, and teachers in a shared sense of respect and gratitude. The event concluded on a joyous note, with everyone feeling a deeper connection to our cultural roots and the invaluable guidance of our gurus.
