Guru Poornima was celebrated at our school with joy and enthusiasm on 19th July. The celebration began with lighting the lamp and seeking Amma’s blessings. Mothers of students were invited for ‘Matrupuja’.
Sai Narayan of Standard IX spoke about the importance of Guru Poornima. Students offered ‘Padapuja’ to their mothers and teachers, and mantras were chanted by Prashant guruji. Sudhiksha of Standard VIII performed a classical dance. Later, Mahaprasad was distributed to all.
