Our school joyfully celebrated Gudi Padwa, a vibrant Hindu festival marking the start of the new year in Maharashtra. The ceremony commenced with our esteemed Principal lighting the ceremonial lamp at the Lotus feet of Amma, symbolizing auspicious beginnings and seeking blessings for the year ahead. Shambhavi Patil from Std III eloquently shared the significance of Gudi Padwa, enlightening us about its historical and cultural importance. The atmosphere was filled with enthusiasm and traditional spirit as students and teachers joined together in festive attire, exchanging sweets and good wishes. Gudi Padwa at our school was not just a celebration of a new year, but a beautiful reminder of unity and heritage, cherished by all.
