Celebrating World Music Day with Enthusiasm

On June 26, 2024, our school celebrated World Music Day with great enthusiasm and joy. The event began with Veena Jondhale of Std VI sharing the significance of World Music Day, explaining how it brings people together through the universal language of music. Her insightful speech highlighted the importance of music in our lives, touching upon its power to heal, inspire, and unite people from different cultures and backgrounds.

The celebration was further enlivened by a mesmerizing performance by Yashshree Jadhav of Std VI, who sang a beautiful “Abhang.” Her melodious voice filled the assembly, creating a serene and uplifting atmosphere. The day became even more special with the announcement that Yashshree Jadhav has been selected in the Top 18 of the popular music competition “Mi Honar Super Star Chote Ustad” Season 3, aired on Star Pravah. This achievement brought immense pride to our school, showcasing the talent and dedication of our students. The celebration of World Music Day not only highlighted the joy of music, but also marked a significant milestone in Yashshree’s musical journey, inspiring all her peers to pursue their passions with equal fervour.
