On 18th and 19th September 2024, our school organized a vibrant celebration for Hindi Day. The event began with the lighting of the lamp by the Principal, followed by a morning assembly conducted entirely in Hindi. Various competitions were held to engage students and promote the beauty of the Hindi language. Students from classes 5 to 7 participated in recitation and storytelling competitions, while those from classes 8 to 12 showcased their writing skills through essay competitions. Topics ranged from the advantages and disadvantages of computers to the significance of non-violence and teachers’ roles in society.
The event saw active participation from students in the competitions. On the second day, students from grades 5 to 7 showcased their storytelling abilities. The activities aimed to deepen students’ appreciation for the Hindi language while also fostering creative thinking and public speaking skills. Overall, the celebration was an enriching experience, combining learning with fun.
