Raksha Bandhan was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at our school, bringing together students from all grades to honour this special bond between brothers and sisters. The day began with a thoughtful speech by Parthavi Ghadge of Std VIII, who beautifully explained the significance of Raksha Bandhan. She highlighted how the festival symbolizes love, protection, and the sacred bond shared between siblings.
Following the speech, students from Std I to VIII delighted all with a vibrant dance performance. The stage came alive with colourful costumes and lively music, showcasing the energy and spirit of the festival. The celebration concluded with the heartwarming tradition of tying rakhis, as students from Nursery to Std X participated in this ritual. The atmosphere was filled with love and unity, making the Raksha Bandhan celebration a memorable event for everyone at school.
